ELA Activities for the Last Ten Days of Ramadan (Gr.1-3)

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

**Post Updated/File Modified**

Astagfirullaah, there was an error in the story "The Gift" in this pack. In the story, it says that the main character's parents bought him a cat, and the main character knew he couldn't buy all of the brothers a cat. This is a mistake on my part because the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وسلم) forbade the selling of cats.

Muslim (1569) narrated that Abu’l-Zubayr said: I asked Jaabir about the price of dogs and cats. He said: The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وسلم) told us not to do that (i.e., sell them).

And there is also the hadith: Abu Dawood (3479) and al-Tirmidhi (1279) narrated that Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah ( رضي الله عنهما) said: The Messenger of Allaah ( صلى الله عليه وسلم) forbade the price of dogs and cats. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.

Therefore, the file has been modified to reflect the command of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم)

Alhamdulillaah, here are a few stories for the last ten days of Ramadan, with activities, for students in grades 1, 2, and 3.
